The project team presented the ESH project at the September 30, 2013 Joint Council Meeting. The Joint Council is composed of the Bloomington and Normal city councils and the McLean County Board. The purpose of the presentation was to provide an update on the project status and to present the recommended Preferred Alternative corridor.
