Purpose and Need (January 12, 2011)

The Purpose & Need defines transportation issues or problems in the project study area and the need for improvements that will be evaluated in the EA.

The preliminary Purpose & Need document was developed during the Corridor Study with stakeholder involvement. The document was updated with current information during the EA process.
