Use the form below to provide your comment to the project team. You must enter the code in the last line of the form as a security measure. Please keep in mind comments submitted are entered into the project record and will be part of a public document.

NOTE: All comments become part of the official public record and will be included in the Environmental Assessment document. Individual commenters may request confidentiality. If you wish to withhold your name or contact information from public view, you must state this prominently at the beginning of your comment. The Agencies will honor such requests to the extent allowed by law. In addition, comments will be posted to the project website for public review. Commenter name and contact information will be omitted from the website.
